Ned Cartwright has built his school and is content to teach, but the nobility doesn’t trust him and has riddled his institution with spies.

The Thornwall is a massive fortification designed to keep monsters from roaming freely through the Kingdom of Wyere so, when Ned hears of an increased number of attacks nearby, he prepares to take his Adventuring class out to investigate. Things only grow more complicated when Magrid, an orc from Red Betty’s bandit band, returns to the school to see Ned and more spies are identified.

Something is wrong with the Thornwall and only Ned and his compromised party of newbie adventurers can do anything about it, so they can keep the school… and Ned’s unborn son, safe.
